I have looked into some nutty things in my 40 plus years of getting myself (and others) healthy. Perhaps it has paid off? I feel much more energetic and strong and balanced than I did in my 20's and I find myself avoiding many of the significant health problems I see overcoming my friends.

Achieving and maintaining health is really getting down to some simple time proven principles and actions. Its really not that complicated. Many of those principles I deal with on another site at Real Food For Life which I developed with a friend, Diana Herrington. Much of the information on that site can be further condensed into figuring out your "Real Food Factor" (R FACTOR) and taking small steps to increase that. I will post some of that information here.
